How can I track my order?

We use a reputable UK supplier, Hermes for UK shipping. Once an order has been made and we have received payment for your order you will receive a tracking number from Hermes. Please also see extra information in our Shipping and Returns policy.

Where is my order?

We will deliver the goods to the delivery location/address you provide when payment of your order has been received. The responsibility of providing the correct delivery address lies with the customer.

We will dispatch within the agreed period as stated in the order. Please note delivery estimates given are estimates only, and are the responsibility of the carrier.

Any delivery carried out by Teabury is subject to our Shipping and Returns policy and our Terms and Conditions policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do.

International delivery is calculated after you place your order and is dependent on the amount you have ordered. Our system may charge you a small placeholder charge, however we will always be in touch after purchase with an updated shipping cost. All prices are subject to exchange rates at the time of purchase.

Can I get free delivery?

At this moment there is no free delivery.
