Shipping & Returns


Teabury Limited delivers to the UK and Internationally.

We pride ourselves on quick dispatch. An order made before 4pm Monday to Friday will be targeted to be dispatched the following working day. Orders made on Friday will be dispatched the following working Monday (except for UK National Bank Holidays where there will be no postal services). We are a small family run business and there will be times when we are unable to ship the following working day. If there is a delay we will let you know.

Prices are shown exclusive of postage charges; these will be shown separately at the checkout stage before you place your order.

We use a reputable UK supplier, Evri for UK shipping. Once an order has been made you will be notified as soon as item is dispatched, whereupon you may request a tracking number.

International delivery is calculated after purchase on a case-by-case basis by weight including outer packaging. Our system may charge you a small placeholder charge, however we will always be in touch after purchase with an updated shipping cost.



We are unable to accept returns if packaging for any Teabury Organic tea item has been opened in advance, in anyway. There is no guarantee of cross contamination.
