Most popular drink is Rosy Lemon Earl Grey. Normally Earl Grey is blended from black tea but here it is a blend of green tea; the result, a light sweeter taste.

To make loose green tea is quite simple. Boil the kettle and pour water over a teaspoon of loose leaf green tea. Allow the leaves to expand and steep for a few minutes. Add sugar or honey to taste. We find a squeeze of fresh lemon is also very nice on a hot summer’s day. There is no need to add milk. Then simply enjoy.

You can steep the green loose leaf tea multiple times. Just allow the tea leaves to dry before each steep. Watching loose leaf tea steep through a glass cup is simply magical. You will be able to see each individual loose green leaf slowly unfurl and dance in the water. Truly magical!
