Having difficulty sleeping? Well, try this loose tea in the evening and sleep like a baby. Good Night Sleep Tight is a loose leaf tisane also known as loose herbal tea. Good Night Sleep Tight, a sleepy herbal tea, made from a blend of organic chamomile, organic lavender, organic rose petals and organic lemon verbena. It is naturally caffeine free. A delicious loose leaf tea to help you rest before bedtime. Aids a goods night’s rest.
Great to drink on its own, alternatively add honey, agave or sugar to taste.
Hand blended with ingredients just as nature intended. NO artificial flavours added.
How to serve.
Boil kettle, add 2g (1tspn) to teapot or infuser, steep 2-3 mins or longer depending on strength you prefer, strain, enjoy.
Add honey or sugar to taste.
How to store.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
