Black tea is simply the world’s most popular of teas. It’s long been the staple drink of British breakfast teas and teas round the world. Here, amongst other flavours, we have hand blended a number of organic loose leaf black tea blends. These include Organic loose leaf Anise Rose Earl Grey tea and Organic loose leaf Rosy Lemon Earl Grey tea. We also have Organic loose leaf Traditional North Indian Cha, this is not a chai but a traditional loose leaf tea (cha) that is typically drunk in homes in the northern parts of India.
At Teabury there are two different blends for the traditional loose leaf English Breakfast Tea. Organic loose leaf The North English Breakfast Tea and Organic loose leaf The South English Breakfast Tea. Why is it we have two different English Breakfast teas? We have tried many different loose leaf breakfast teas and found each one tastes differently. Is this because the tea is blended differently or we just have a different taste palate to one another? During our taste test we found some of us preferred a strong English Breakfast tea and some not so strong. This led to our discovery of the two different tastes of organic loose English Breakfast tea. So go on, try the taste test, can you tell the difference?
